BUILDING CODES
The first step is determining your building codes. Most counties and city governments have codes and specifications governing construction in their areas. Check with your local code authority to review the metal roofing requirements. Also, check with any local neighborhood associations, which may have restrictions or guidelines concerning metal roofing. We'll provide installation instructions and windload capabilities.
PRODUCT SELECTION
Mueller offers a wide selection of panel types and designer colors to choose from. Visit with your Mueller sales representative to determine what's right for your home. We'll be happy to send you a color chart or color samples of the actual metal. You can see our panel selection and available colors in our panels section. QUOTING PROCESS
In order to accurately quote your roof, we'll need the measurements on your roof. If you want to do this yourself, we have a measurement guide that shows you what measurements we need. We also offer a site visit service where, for a small fee, we will come out to your location and measure your project. This will allow us to present you with a formal and accurate quote. We will provide you with a schematic of your house showing how the panels will lay out. This will help show where the panels will be plus provide an accurate materials list for the project.
FINANCING

ORDERING
Once financing is ready, place your order with your Mueller sales representative. An initial deposit of 25% is required to proceed with the order, and the final payment is due at delivery. We accept cash, checks (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
INSTALLATION
Many of our customers are do-it-yourselfers and want to handle the installation of their metal roof. We provide detailed instructions if you want to go this route. We can also provide assistance with finding an independent contractor for your installation. We've established strong relationships with independent contractors across the Southwest who are experts at metal roof installation. These companies have been pre-qualified by Mueller, to ensure professionalism and competence in installing Mueller products.
