PRE-FABRICATED BUILDINGS
Our pre-fabricated buildings are also known as our bolt together buildings. These buildings are completely assembled using bolts and screws. There is no welding required on these buildings, making them easier to erect. Our prefab buildings are designed and engineered by our Technical Services department, including being stamped by a professional engineer. They are manufactured in one of our manufacturing centers, and delivered to your jobsite in usually 6-12 weeks. We have three different product offerings for our prefabs: |

- PreFab Kit Buildings
Our kits are the easiest way for you to get into a steel building. Mueller's kit building frames are pre-built and in stock. These are designed for quick pick-up at your local branch or can be delivered to your job site. We have 6 different kits available in 2 or 3 different loadings depending on the kit. - P.A.C Buildings
If you don't find a prefabricated kit that fits your lifestyle, then consider a Mueller Pre-Approved Custom Building. We have more than 600 different P.A.C. Buildings available, ranging from 20'x20'x10' to 80'x400'x20'. A variety of loadings and pitches are also available. Because our P.A.C. buildings are pre-engineered, they can be manufactured and ready for delivery four weeks from the time of your order.
- Custom Buildings
If neither a Kit nor a P.A.C Building suits your requirements, then we can help you design the building you need. Because we have both our engineering and manufacturing in house, we can accommodate a wide range of custom capabilities. WELD-UP BUILDINGS
Weld-Up Buildings are available for those who are experienced with welding and with erecting buildings. These buildings are not engineered or manufactured like our PreFab buildings are. For a weld-up, you would receive just the raw steel. You would be required to do all the cutting and welding necessary to actually erect the building. The biggest advantages of weld-ups are price and speed. You are just buying the steel, which is cheaper than buying a fully engineered and manufactured building. And, because there is no engineering or manufacturing involved, we can have the products ready for you in a matter of days or even hours.
BACKYARD UTILTY BUILDINGS
Our backyard utility buildings are perfect for those people who just need a small storage shed on their property. They are designed and manufactured by Mueller and usually available for same day pickup at any of our branch locations. They are made of lighter weight steel, which makes them easy to assemble by just about anyone. We have these kits available in 3 different sizes. CARPORT KITS
Our carport kits are the newest additions to the Mueller product lines. These easy to assemble kits are available in two sizes: 12' x 20' and 20' x 20'.
